Maplin Air Conditioning
Thirty years designing and installing air conditioning systems for all types of buildings, enables Maplin to offer each client the very best of:

Air conditioning systems designed to meet the needs of the users of the
   building space.
Air conditioning systems, available in numerous formats, all of which are
   used by Maplin in producing creative solutions to clients requirements.

Our systems range from, a single unit to grouped installations, to full VRV systems, where each unit operates to heat or cool as required to its location, simultaneously heating and cooling the building and removing excess heat from computer rooms and reprographic sites to open office areas.

The systems are controlled by programmes, these can be simple hand held remote controls, or sophisticated building control systems operated by P.C.
Common Types
Split Systems Indoor and outdoor units connected with refrigeration pipework.
Chilled Water Indoor Units connected to a chilled water circuit. The chilled water is served by an external chiller.
Ducted Systems Conditioned air distributed through a building from a central air handler.

All systems are used for heating and cooling the occupied space with fresh and extract air, supplied and extracted as required.

If required, humidity within the occupied space may also by controlled through the system.
