Planned maintenance customers receive priority action in emergency breakdown situations. Programmed maintenance clients are able to call out Maplin service engineers on a 24/7 basis.

As part of the service procedure all aspects of an installation are inspected and, should any remedial work be identified, a fully costed written estimate is submitted prior to works commencing.

Maplin service engineers follow a laid down procedure to ensure no part of the service function is overlooked. Maintenance by Maplin engineers ensures the manufacturer’s warranty remains valid on new installations.

Maplin maintenance engineers are fully qualified in their specialty, are dressed in Maplin uniforms and drive fully equipped and liveried service vehicles.
